RECALL: 3,800 lbs. Badia Spices Pinenuts possible Salmonella

The pine nuts are part of a "Bulk Recall" imported from Turkey and have been repackaged and were sold in retail stores in Florida, New York, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and New Jersey - between June 2011 and October 2011. No illnesses have been reported for any Badia brand pine nuts.

LIMITED RECALL: Tabatchnick Fine Foods Yankee Bean Soup & Foodmatch Divina Olives

United Natural Foods, Inc. is recalling selected types of FoodMatch, Inc. Divina Stuffed Olives and Tabatchnick Yankee Bean Soup, because they have the potential to be contaminated with Clostridium botulinum, a bacterium which can cause life-threatening illness or death. LIMITED RECALL: Broiled Chicken Livers possible Salmonella

These products would have been repackaged and will not bear the original packaging information The illnesses are linked to the consumption of broiled chicken livers which appear to be ready-to-eat, but are in fact partially cooked and need to be fully cooked before consumption. Illnesses are also linked to chopped liver made from this product at retail stores and institutions. . Each bag or box bears the establishment number "P-787" inside the USDA mark of inspection.

RECALL: Bio Gaudiano Organic Olives Stuffed with Almonds

Almond stuffed olives in 314 ml glass jar have a white label that reads Bio Gaudiano with a green twist off metal lid that has an E0511X lot number and 05/2013 expiration date on it.

However all sizes (glass jars and cans) and all lots being recalled because they have the potential to be contaminated with Clostridium botulinum, a bacterium which can cause life-threatening illness or death. Two adults hospitalized in Finland were diagnosed with botulism after consuming almond stuffed olives produced by Bio Gaudiano lot# H2510X expiration 09/2012....MORE
